Abstract:

This course focuses on requirements for documentation and skills needed to create and control documentation under ISO 9001:2000. This session provides an intensive training experience in documenting an ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.  The intent is to have the participants' leave with "real" work accomplished.  The accomplished work consists of the following:

A list of the documentation that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000

• A conceptual document numbering system
• One or more sections of a manual
• One or more procedures
• One or more work instructions
• A conceptual quality plan

Materials Provided: ASQ-Plexus ISO 9000:2000 Training System, approved by ASQ and Ford, GM and Chrysler.

 WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Managers, Quality Managers, Senior Quality Assurance personnel or any employee of a company that is registered or expecting to be registered.  Also company employees of companies instituting a Quality Management systems to improve performance.

Notes:

1. A 10 % discount will be applied to the purchase of 3 or more registrations either on-line or via invoice.
